Family Law Solicitor Role

As a Family Law Solicitor, you will work closely with our Director on all matters. Your primary responsibility will be to advise clients on parenting arrangements, property settlements, and divorce proceedings.

The ideal candidate will have experience in family law and/or crime, and be able to prioritize and manage workflow effectively. A high attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for this role.

In addition to the above requirements, we are looking for someone who has a high level of initiative and can approach tasks proactively. You should also be able to manage several priority matters simultaneously and autonomously.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on parenting arrangements, property settlements, and divorce proceedings.
  • Work closely with the Director on all matters.
  • Develop and implement effective case strategies.
  • Manage multiple files and priorities simultaneously.
