Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated legal professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a law graduate or newly admitted solicitor with experience in family law and/or crime.

About the role

You will work closely with our Director on all matters, developing your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Family Law: Advising clients on parenting arrangements, property settlements, Binding Financial Agreements, divorce and separation; participating in Family Law trials, mediations and Court appearances.
  • Criminal Law: Participating in Magistrates and District Court for Mentions, Sentences and Bail Applications.
