This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced occupational therapist to join our flexible workforce and work closely with NDIS participants, their families, and carers. Our organisation is dedicated to delivering outstanding service and supporting individuals to achieve their goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the NDIS landscape and be able to develop and deliver evidence-based support plans that reflect the individual's needs, passions, and strengths. They will also be able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and provide person-centred care.
About the Role:- Assisting NDIS participants to identify their needs through assessment and planning.
- Evaluating, developing, and delivering evidence-based support plans.
- Developing meaningful goals and strategies using a positive behaviour support framework.
- To assess the needs of NDIS participants and their families/carers and develop support plans that meet those needs.
- To evaluate the effectiveness of support plans and make recommendations for change as necessary.
- To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- A minimum of 2 years experience working in the NDIS sector.
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- Active ABN and relevant insurance.
