About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a positive customer experience for all customers and stakeholders visiting our contact centre
  • Facilitate the resolution of customer needs through provision of relevant information or directing to appropriate personnel
  • Contribute to efficient running of the contact centre by assisting with daily tasks
  • Actively share knowledge with team members and contribute to building a culture based on collaboration and continuous service improvement
