As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the residence is appropriately staffed at all times to deliver quality care to residents while maintaining a positive work environment.

About the Role

Your primary functions will include:

  • Staff Scheduling: Creating and managing staff schedules to optimize workforce management and maintain staffing levels.
  • Managing Shift Changes: Handling requests for shift changes, leave, or time off and finding suitable replacements to maintain staffing levels.
  • Communication: Maintaining effective communication with staff members about their schedules, shift changes, and important work information.
  • Coordination with Management: Collaborating with the facility's management team to align staffing needs with business objectives and optimize workforce management.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Ability to manage rostering and team member allocations effectively.
  • Experience using employee scheduling software such as Humanforce or Time Target.
  • Adaptability, passion, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Collaborative and skilled at teamwork, with excellent communication abilities.
