Shire Liaison Specialist

This leading Residential Builder in Western Australia is seeking a skilled Shire Liaison Specialist to join their team. As a key player in the company's success, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing contracts, and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Manage and track contracts, including entering new sales deals, following up on pre-contract and post-contract variations, and submitting development approvals.
- Coordinate with land developers, demolition companies, and Western Power contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide reception cover during lunch breaks and leave when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a shire liaison or contract administrator role within the residential building industry.
- Strong administrative and communication skills, with the ability to read and articulate contractual documents, plans, and specifications.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
