About the Role:

  • This permanent full-time position will work with clients from sales signing to practical completion, handling contract administration and client liaison duties.
  • You will work closely with clients to deliver their dream homes, focusing on detail and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer contracts and provide exceptional client support throughout the build process.
  • Collaborate with clients to select colours and materials for their custom homes.
  • Work on custom homes projects valued up to $4 million, including double and triple-storey homes and unit developments.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in prestart and contract administration is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in design are required.
  • A strong understanding of building contracts and contracts administration is necessary.
  • A keen eye for detail when completing documentation is also required.
