Role Overview

As a Neurological Liaison Nurse, you will be an integral part of our nursing team, managing a diverse caseload of clients who need both low and high-care support. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, create care plans, and provide a range of nursing services, including continence management, wound care, palliative care, and catheter care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct nursing assessments and develop individualised care plans.
  • Provide direct nursing services and clinical care.
  • Facilitate referrals to other necessary health services.
  • Collaborate with MSWA's Allied Health teams.
  • Travel to clients' homes within the community.
Requirements
  • AHPRA Registered.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Full C Class driver's licence with no restrictions.
  • Working with Children Check.
