Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to assist our dental team in delivering exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and welcome.
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments, with follow-up reminders as needed.
- Collecting and processing patient payments and insurance information.
- Supporting the dental team with procedures, including taking X-rays, preparing dental materials, and sterilizing instruments.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating electronic health records.
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as necessary.
- Ensuring the reception area and surgery room remain clean, organized, and stocked.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Cert III in Dental Assisting or relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
This part-time or casual position offers:
- A competitive hourly rate of $23-$30 per hour.
- The opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
Please note that only short-listed applicants will be contacted. You must be available to work on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and some Saturdays. Relocation to Patterson Lakes, VIC is required. Experience in dental reception and customer service is preferred. Work authorization for Australia is also preferred.
