Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to assist our dental team in delivering exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and welcome.
  • Scheduling and confirming patient appointments, with follow-up reminders as needed.
  • Collecting and processing patient payments and insurance information.
  • Supporting the dental team with procedures, including taking X-rays, preparing dental materials, and sterilizing instruments.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and updating electronic health records.
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies as necessary.
  • Ensuring the reception area and surgery room remain clean, organized, and stocked.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Cert III in Dental Assisting or relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
