We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to join our Housing Operations Team as an Administration Officer.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality administration support, including data entry, correspondence, reporting, and team logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate office operations, from calendars and filing systems to stock management and IT setup for new staff.
  • Support financial and compliance processes, including invoice processing, policy updates, and database maintenance.
  • Champion office safety and facilities, acting as WHS rep, First Aid Officer, and liaison for building and vehicle maintenance.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in office operations management and administration support.
  • Familiarity with the community housing sector and homelessness issues.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse communities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and database systems.
