We are seeking a skilled Civil Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in South Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning: Review and interpret project documentation, manage project planning, programming and resourcing from inception to delivery.
- Site Management: Collaborate with site personnel to set up and deliver projects successfully, conduct site visits and meetings to oversee project progress and performance.
- Procurement: Manage procurement of subcontractors and suppliers, including negotiations and claims.
- Client Relationships: Foster strong client, consultant and stakeholder relationships throughout delivery.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Civil Project Manager in Australia required.
- Proven background in managing waste water projects essential.
- Civil engineering qualifications necessary.
- Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, contracts and specifications.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
