About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team as an Associate. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically capable professional who thrives on building relationships and wants to combine engineering expertise with business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the design and delivery of structural solutions across commercial, residential, education, and healthcare sectors
  • Driving client and stakeholder engagement, developing trusted relationships, and representing the business at industry forums
  • Supporting business development through networking, proposal preparation, and repeat client work
  • Overseeing project teams, mentoring engineers, and contributing to the technical growth of the group
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Chartered status desirable)
  • Proven technical capability across concrete, steel, and timber structures
  • Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to engage, present, and influence stakeholders effectively
  • Experience in managing and delivering projects from design through to construction phase services
  • Proficiency with design software (ETABS, RAM, RAPT, Space Gass) and familiarity with Revit
