Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of structural solutions across multiple sectors.
  • Drive client and stakeholder engagement, developing trusted relationships, and representing the business at industry forums.
  • Support business development through networking, proposal preparation, and repeat client work.
  • Oversee project teams, mentor engineers, and contribute to technical growth.
  • Ensure designs, documentation, and reports meet technical, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, architects, and contractors to deliver innovative outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Chartered status desirable).
  • Proven technical capability across concrete, steel, and timber structures.
  • Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to engage, present, and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in managing and delivering projects from design to construction phase services.
  • Proficiency with design software and familiarity with Revit.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and business development acumen.
  • Australian permanent residency (required).
