**Job Description:**

  • Deliver multiple waste water projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.

This role offers the opportunity to work both strategically and on the ground, collaborating closely with site teams, clients and stakeholders. Some key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and interpreting project documentation including drawings, contracts and specifications.
  • Overseeing project planning, programming and resourcing from inception to delivery.
  • Attending post-tender meetings and managing pre-award correspondence with clients.
  • Working with site personnel to set up and deliver projects successfully.
  • Preparing, monitoring and updating project programs, managing extensions of time where required.
  • Ensuring QA, safety, environmental and risk controls are in place and maintained.
  • Conducting site visits and meetings to oversee project progress and performance.
  • Managing procurement of subcontractors and suppliers, including negotiations and claims.
  • Handling project variations, RFIs, progress claims, invoices and final completion documentation.
  • Maintaining strong client, consultant and stakeholder relationships throughout delivery.
  • Resolving defects, disputes and ensuring profitability across projects.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Civil Project Manager role within Australia.
  • Proven background in managing waste water projects.
  • Civil engineering qualifications are essential.
  • Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, contracts and specifications.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to deliver projects profitably.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with site teams and subcontractors.
