Family Preservation Specialist Opportunity
This position involves providing casework within a collaborative team environment, working with families to identify and address their needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, as well as experience in case management and working with diverse populations. Knowledge of child development and family dynamics is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct casework services to families, assessing their needs and developing tailored plans to support them.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive approach to family preservation.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans to mitigate risks to vulnerable children and families.
- Engage with community resources and services to provide families with access to necessary supports.
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
