The Role:
This exciting opportunity seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our team as a Family Preservation Specialist. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of family preservation services, working closely with families, carers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with government agencies and community organizations to ensure effective service delivery
- Develop and implement risk management plans to protect vulnerable individuals and families
- Conduct thorough assessments and provide coaching and feedback to practitioners
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify best practice and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Proven experience in family preservation, leadership, and project management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
