Family Preservation Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Preservation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering intensive case management services to families in need, promoting strong and self-sufficient family units.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive case management services to high-risk families, including risk assessments, care planning, and intervention strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with families, community agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address the unique needs of each family.
- Degree qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Significant experience working with vulnerable populations, including child protection.
- Strong understanding of theoretical approaches relevant to family preservation, including the Best Interests Framework.
- Proven ability to work effectively with families from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
