Solution Owner, Digital Identity Platform

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Solution Owner to manage and optimise the University's digital identity platform. This pivotal role involves driving the platform roadmap, enhancing identity management capabilities, and ensuring service excellence.

This position requires managing the product lifecycle, overseeing development and implementation of digital identity solutions, maximising platform capabilities, and ensuring security and governance in identity management.

To be successful, you will require relevant qualifications in IT or business management, extensive experience leading Agile teams in ICT, particularly in identity and access management, and strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and driving digital transformation.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive the platform roadmap to enhance identity management capabilities.
  2. Manage the product lifecycle to ensure service excellence.
  3. Oversee development and implementation of digital identity solutions.
  4. Maximise platform capabilities and ensure security and governance in identity management.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in IT or business management.
  • Extensive experience leading Agile teams in ICT, particularly in identity and access management.
  • Strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and driving digital transformation.
