About This Position

You will work with cutting-edge technology, drive meaningful change, and advise clients on improving business results across various fields.

  • You will provide strategic guidance on innovation, strategy, and product development.
  • You will assist with organizational change management efforts to help clients achieve successful implementation of new processes and/or tools and design.
  • You will collaborate with client teams to analyze business needs and recommend tailored digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Advise clients on improving business results through IT consulting, data analytics, and strategy consulting.
  2. Consult on key business imperatives related to innovation, strategy, and product development.
  3. Assist with organizational change management efforts.
  4. Support adoption and change activities to drive stakeholder alignment.
  5. Collaborate with client teams to analyze business needs and recommend tailored digital solutions.
  6. Design and implement disruptive digital technologies like IoT, Machine Learning, and Augmented Reality.
  7. Contribute to delivery of solutions on time and within budget.
  8. Maintain high billable utilization.
  9. Apply knowledge of IT/OT systems integration to connect business processes and technologies.
  10. Identify and manage delivery risks while ensuring project quality.
  11. Facilitate workshops and training sessions with client teams.
