Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists to join our Service Improvement and Innovation Team as an Improvement Advisor. The successful candidate will support the delivery of innovative service improvements and develop organisational improvement capability.

The role involves working closely with program managers, other Improvement Advisors, and staff to develop and deliver innovative improvements that ensure timely quality care for patients and a positive experience for consumers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing effective improvement projects while maintaining continuous services
  • Motivating teams to successfully deliver improvement outcomes and innovative service changes
  • Working collaboratively with consumers, carers, and community to improve services through meaningful engagement
  • Stakeholder engagement, building relationships, and strategic partnerships, and communicating effectively at all levels

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in a health discipline
  • Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Passion for making a difference and improving outcomes for consumers, carers, staff, and community
