Job DescriptionThis role will lead a team of specialists partnering with consumers and clinical/practice expertise to deliver prioritised improvement initiatives using evidence-based methodologies.
In managing the team and leading cross-functional work the role is responsible for collaborating with leadership to deliver a consistent operating model enabling high-performing and thriving teams.
Key Responsibilities- Development management and oversight of results-oriented improvement initiatives focused on improving health outcomes by reducing preventable harm admissions and unnecessary interventions.
- Collaborating with leadership to deliver a consistent operating model.
- Organisational Change Development: Expertise in supporting organisations to achieve a desired future state from its current state with minimal disruption or negative impact.
- Organisational dynamics Behaviour: Expertise in how people interact in groups to achieve outcomes and how organisations can be made to work safely and more effectively.
- Systems Thinking: Diagnoses trends obstacles and opportunities in the internal and external environment understands linkages between natural systems and communities to inform policy.
- Relationship Building: Establishes maintains relationships with people at all levels promotes harmony and consensus through diplomatic handling of disagreements.
