Job Summary

We seek an Improvement Expert to provide expertise across clinical and non-clinical services at our healthcare facility.

About You
  • You will have experience as a health professional, preferably in the public health sector.
  • You will have a proven track record in implementing improvement initiatives and managing change projects.
  • You will be able to lead and influence others.
  • You will have skills and experience to facilitate groups and workshops effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with leaders and other key stakeholders to identify, scope, design, plan, evaluate and report on improvement initiatives.
  • Convene working groups, workshops, focus groups etc to ensure staff and consumers are engaged as active participants in improvement activities.
  • Facilitate the delivery of relevant education, training, coaching and professional support in relation to each improvement initiative.
  • Build capability amongst the clinical staff, supporting others to participate and engage in improvement projects (e.g. participating in audits, guideline review, delivering training etc).
