About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about driving improvement in healthcare and education? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join our team as an Evaluation Lead.
As an Evaluation Lead, you will play a key role in leading evaluation development and implementation for the AGPT Program. This includes assisting the EQR leadership team with the review and implementation of the RACGP Education & Training Monitoring & Evaluation Framework, taking a lead role in supporting the evaluation requirements of the AGPT training and education programs, and coordinating the AGPT evaluation activities and outputs of national and regional AGPT evaluation staff.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in using evaluation data to analyse and report on impacts, outcomes and programs, as well as excellent stakeholder engagement skills. You will be confident in your ability to coordinate projects, including team supervision, and possess exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead evaluation development and implementation for the AGPT Program

Requirements:
