National Key Account Manager

The National Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the EHP business within Harvey Norman. This role will involve developing and driving joint business plans to ensure the achievement of set revenue, profit, and market share KPIs.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success as a National Key Account Manager or National Account Executive, with experience working in Consumer Appliances/Electronics/Whitegoods or FMCG industries. They will be well-developed in communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a customer-centric approach.
The role will require the ability to analyse sales and market data to identify opportunities or risks and build business case recommendations that will influence market performance and retail negotiations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and drive joint business plans to achieve set revenue, profit, and market share KPIs
- Manage and develop the EHP business within Harvey Norman
- Analyse sales and market data to identify opportunities or risks and build business case recommendations
- Communicate effectively with the field sales team to maximise revenue and profit potential
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Proven track record of success as a National Key Account Manager or National Account Executive
- Experience working in Consumer Appliances/Electronics/Whitegoods or FMCG industries
- Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal
