Your expertise will ensure alignment with Electrolux's commercial agenda, focusing on designated brands, categories, and products.

About the Role

  • You'll own the relationship with key customers, communicating and executing plans to deliver results within retail accounts.
  • Ensure customers have clear sales and marketing plans aligned with Electrolux's corporate direction, driving growth in strategic categories.
  • Actively seek critical information influencing EHP product performance in stores, understanding competitor activity and market dynamics.
  • Internal alignment is key; you'll create and distribute regular communication to the EHP state sales team for successful implementation.
  • Conduct regular business meetings with customers, incorporating performance reviews against sales, volume, forecast, marketing investment, and promotional objectives.
  • Manage price lists, internal and external, and administrative tasks like credit claim reconciliation and business case preparation.
  • Utilize multiple business inputs to identify opportunities, issues, and challenges, such as retailer SOH and sell-thru data, Cognos reporting, and customer market share data.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a National Key Account Manager or National Account Executive.
  • Experience in Consumer Appliances/Electronics/Whitegoods or FMCG industries.
  • Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-centric with a desire to meet customer needs.
  • Results-driven and able to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights.
  • Proven negotiator with strong relationships at a senior level.
