- Job Description: Our statutory compensation team is responsible for providing advice and representation in matters related to accident compensation law. We act for various clients, including WorkSafe Victoria and the Transport Accident Commission.
- Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technically excellent advice, managing litigation files, and working closely with colleagues and clients.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the Accident Compensation Act, the Work Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act, and the Transport Accident Act 1986. However, candidates with experience in adjacent jurisdictions such as insurance, personal injuries litigation, and HR/IR are also encouraged to apply.
