Project Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project support specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support for projects and initiatives, including planning, coordination, data collection and analysis, and report preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for projects and initiatives, including minute taking, action item management, and project status reporting.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events, including catering, room bookings, and venue arrangements.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including internal and external contacts, to ensure effective communication and consultation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within the organisation and external stakeholders.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong track record of working in business operations, project coordination, or administration roles. A background in project management, governance, and research management is highly regarded.

Requirements
A relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through a combination of education, training, and experience. A track record of providing project support and stakeholder management is essential.
