A leading mortgage lender seeks a Marketing Account Manager - Onboarding to connect clients and the marketing team for smooth project execution and strong engagement.
Position DescriptionThis role manages communications, leads onboarding, and drives adoption of marketing solutions using tools like Salesforce and ClickUp.
Key Responsibilities- Equip staff with marketing tools, knowledge, and training at CCM branches.
- Gather project details from clients to assist project teams.
- Use Salesforce and ClickUp to manage projects and assignments.
- Foster positive partnerships with clients through regular updates and progress reports.
- Lead onboarding orientation calls for branches and corporate individuals.
- Present new products to clients and stay up-to-date with marketing offerings.
- Sell marketing services to clients.
- Conduct onsite marketing trainings to drive awareness and adoption of marketing offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in leading marketing initiatives.
- Experience as an Account Manager, preferably with an agency.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite.
