Position Responsibilities- Travel to branches to equip staff with marketing tools and training for adoption and operational excellence.
- Gather project details from clients and manage information flow between clients and project teams using Salesforce and ClickUp.
- Foster positive client partnerships by providing regular updates and progress reports and resolving client issues.
- Lead onboarding orientation calls for branches and corporate individuals.
- Follow onboarding journeys to accelerate engagement of new hires.
- Encourage new hires to engage with marketing solutions to support revenue growth and profitability.
- Stay up-to-date with marketing offerings and present new products to clients to gain more adoption.
- Sell marketing services to clients and conduct onsite trainings at branches to drive awareness and increase adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years' experience in leading marketing initiatives.
- Experience as an Account Manager, preferably with an agency.
- Knowledge of integrated strategies and tactics for measurable results.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, negotiation and presentation skills, project management and problem resolution skills.
- Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite.
