Job DescriptionWe're seeking a Director of Small Molecule Discovery to lead programs from discovery through to key milestones. This includes hit identification, lead series optimisation, and IND-enabling studies. You'll shape strategy while remaining hands-on with program execution, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
You'll manage collaborations with CROs, academic partners, and investors to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Requirements- A PhD in Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field is essential.
- Up to 10 years' R&D experience in industry, with proven success in small molecule drug discovery and development.
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional projects and critical evaluation of new opportunities.
