  • Develop a strategic vision while executing programs, analyzing data, and engaging stakeholders.
  • Manage collaborations with external partners to deliver projects on time.
  • Evaluate projects commercially and scientifically.
About You:

You will excel in this role if you have:

  • A PhD in Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
  • Up to 10 years of R&D experience in industry, with success in small molecule drug discovery and development.
  • Leadership skills and critical evaluation of new opportunities.
