About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to support a major ERP transformation program focused on the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. This role will be responsible for supporting the design, build, testing, and deployment of the enterprise project portfolio management workstream, applying SAP Activate methodology to deliver best practice solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document system requirements
  • Analyse and streamline business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency
  • Support solution design, data migration, and system integration activities
  • Contribute to test planning, user acceptance testing, and resolution of implementation issues
  • Develop training materials, documentation, and provide end-user support
  • Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies while ensuring alignment to program objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across business, IT, and vendor teams
About You
  • 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in SAP ERP solutions
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related modules (EPPM, ECC, FICO, MM)
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP transformation, migration, and large-scale implementations
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor collaboration skills
  • Analytical and reporting capability to support data cleansing and system optimization
  • High level of organisation, written communication, and emotional intelligence
Desirable Skills
  • Previous experience in large-scale S/4HANA programs in Federal, State, or Local Government
  • Exposure to SAP Noveco
  • Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA)
