Job Opportunity: SAP Transformation Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in a large-scale SAP S/4 HANA transformation program.

This is a business-focussed position that requires someone who thrives in a changing environment, can work with some ambiguity, and is confident engaging stakeholders to shape outcomes.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and define finance system requirements.
  • Streamline business processes with a focus on efficiency and automation.
  • Work with technical teams on data migration, integration, and testing activities.
  • Facilitate workshops and support business readiness activities.
  • Promote adoption of standard SAP processes across finance functions.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, ideally on large, complex ERP or transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes (GL, actuals, planning, budgeting).
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in evolving landscapes with changing priorities.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Exposure to SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP BPC.
