This pivotal role encompasses the planning, execution, and monitoring of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance, HR, Concur, Ariba implementation. Our forward-thinking team is seeking a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in SAP program/project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall SAP transformation program lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple SAP workstreams: S/4HANA Finance, HR, Concur, Ariba, and supporting functions.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between business, IT, and implementation partners.
  • Foster governance forums, steering committees, and executive reporting.
  • Drive issue resolution, change control, and decision-making processes.
  • E nsure quality assurance across deliverables and adherence to program methodologies.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in SAP program/project management.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale SAP implementations, including S/4HANA programs.
  • Experience in brownfield conversion projects and multi-module SAP rollouts.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Finance, HR, Procurement, and integration points.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP certifications or formal training in S/4HANA and related modules.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
