Senior Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the planning and execution of large-scale SAP transformation programs. This role involves managing multi-year initiatives that drive business value through process improvement, system optimization, and change management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Leading cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment between business, IT, and implementation partners.
  • Facilitating governance forums, steering committees, and executive reporting.
  • Ensuring quality assurance across deliverables and adherence to program methodologies.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in SAP program/project management.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale SAP implementations including S/4HANA programs.
  • Experience in brownfield conversion projects and multi-module SAP rollouts.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Finance, HR, Procurement, and integration points.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • SAP certifications or formal training in S/4HANA and related modules.
  • Project Management certification e.g., PMP, PRINCE2.
  • Experience with SAP Signavio or similar process modeling tools.
