SAP Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP professional to lead the planning and execution of a multi-year SAP transformation program. This initiative includes a brownfield conversion to SAP S/4HANA and the implementation of SAP HR, Concur, and Ariba, aimed at modernizing core business processes across Finance, Procurement, HR, and Asset Management.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will manage the overall SAP transformation program lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • They will coordinate delivery across multiple SAP workstreams: S/4HANA Finance, HR, Concur, Ariba, and supporting functions.
  • A strong understanding of SAP Finance, HR, Procurement, and integration points is essential for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between business, IT, and implementation partners.
  3. Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive reporting.
  4. Drive issue resolution, change control, and decision-making processes.
  5. Ensure quality assurance across deliverables and adherence to program methodologies.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in SAP program/project management.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale SAP implementations, including S/4HANA programs.
  • Experience in brownfield conversion projects and multi-module SAP rollouts is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with program management tools and methodologies (e.g., MSP, Agile, PMBOK).
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP certifications or formal training in S/4HANA and related modules.
  • Experience with SAP Signavio or similar process modelling tools is beneficial.
  • Background in business transformation or enterprise architecture is a plus.
