Job Title: Asset Services Officer

The Regional Asset Management Unit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Services Officer to provide comprehensive asset management services to our schools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and facilities management, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Provide a full range of asset services including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to school buildings and grounds.
  • - Develop and implement facilities management programs to meet the needs of our schools.
  • - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • - Supervise and manage contractors and vendors as required.
  • - Analyze and report on asset performance and maintenance needs.

Requirements:

  • - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • - Minimum 5 years' experience in construction or facilities management.
  • - Strong understanding of asset maintenance and upgrade principles.
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
