Job Title:
Digital Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Growth Manager to join our Advertiser & Agency team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within media agencies or advertisers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Proactively engage with clients to deliver high-impact commercial initiatives focused on growth for Nielsen digital campaign planning and measurement solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial leads to achieve ambitious revenue targets across major Holdcos and independent agencies.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on in-depth market analyses of digital trends and performance.
  • Partner with Operations on data analyses to support the successful rollout of key strategic digital solutions projects.
  • Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business opportunities and needs.

**Qualifications and Skills:**
  • Tertiary education in Media, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of demonstrable experience in an agency, publisher, digital platform or advertiser environment.
  • Proven expertise in the Australian media industry and comprehensive understanding of current market trends.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in relevant digital software and tools.
  • Strong proficiency with sales tools including Sales prospecting tools and lead enrichment tools.
  • Ability to strategically prioritise and manage multiple client demands in a fast-paced media and digital landscape.
