Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Account Manager to spearhead our digital wholesale growth strategy across the Pacific. This role requires strategic engagement, initiative execution, and account management expertise to drive adidas' e-commerce expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute actionable plans for global and Emerging Markets DPC strategies in the Pacific region.
  • Act as the lead point of contact for selected digital wholesale accounts, managing commercial performance and driving results.
  • Lead the rollout of tested DPC initiatives across the Pacific, ensuring local adaptation and scalability.
  • Conduct digital audits and leverage findings to drive Joint Business Plans with wholesale partners.
  • Build long-term partnerships through seasonal sell-in processes, performance reviews, and product education.
  • Optimize digital shelf performance by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and improving execution.
  • Provide digital expertise and training to internal teams and external partners to enable transformation.
  • Collaborate with global, regional, and market teams to share best practices and accelerate sell-out.
  • Utilize analytics platforms to generate insights and drive data-based decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of delivering versus measurable sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and networking skills.
  • Deep knowledge of eCommerce operations, financial metrics, and digital consumer experience.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong methodological skills, including business planning and strategic development.
  • Customer and consumer focused, with the ability to anticipate demand and identify opportunities.
