
Digital Growth Manager

We are seeking a motivated professional to strengthen our digital presence, optimise lead generation, and support business growth across our clubs.
This is a hands-on and strategic role that goes beyond traditional marketing. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising digital campaigns and social media strategies to ensure strong brand presence and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:- Create effective digital marketing funnels that capture, nurture, and convert leads.
- Plan and deliver high-performing paid and organic campaigns across key platforms.
- Manage CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier) to improve speed-to-lead and nurturing workflows.
- Develop engaging social media content and campaigns that enhance brand awareness and community engagement.
- Analyse performance across campaigns, websites, and funnels—adjusting strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with operations and club teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
We are looking for a marketing professional who combines creativity with systems thinking and data-driven decision making.
Essential Skills & Experience:- Proven experience in social media marketing, lead generation, and digital campaign management.
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- A strong analytical mindset and ability to map customer journeys.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
