
Lead Digital Growth Manager

A highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist is required to develop and execute the company’s digital growth strategy across paid and organic channels.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Marketing on campaign strategy, manage external performance marketing agencies, and optimize performance across key digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Development: Develop, brief, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and TikTok in partnership with an external performance marketing agency.
- Growth Management: Drive customer acquisition and retention through performance-driven campaigns, ensuring consistent growth in traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Agencies Collaboration: Partner with external specialists to ensure campaign execution aligns with brand and performance goals.
- Analytics & Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and implement strategies to continually improve results.
- Organic Social Growth: Oversee content strategy and community engagement across organic social channels, ensuring strong brand presence and growth.
- 3–5 years' experience in digital marketing, within eCommerce, digital agency, or a growing consumer brand.
- Proven track record of managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and social platforms.
- Experience working with or managing external agencies to deliver growth-focused marketing outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting and translating insights into growth actions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment comfortable with ambiguity, able to pivot quickly, and resourceful in finding solutions.
- Excellent organisational skills; able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping an eye on the big picture.
- A creative, entrepreneurial mindset—you’re not afraid to hustle and experiment to deliver results.
