Job Title: Merchandising Manager Women's Apparel

The position of Merchandising Manager Women's Apparel is responsible for executing the Area Merchandise function to achieve desired results and secure a solid future platform for the brand.

This role supports the delivery of the Area Financial plan and Global Brand strategy, leading to maximum sell-through results. The position is Go-to-Market focused in terms of execution and planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive and execute the Area Product Assortment for relevant categories to align with the overall Business Strategy while achieving seasonal KPIs.
  2. Develop and execute an Area category assortment for Wholesale and Retail.
  3. Follow and execute the seasonal Critical Path for Merchandising on a seasonal basis.
  4. Drive Strategic Account Plans.
  5. Execute the Area Merchandising plan to deliver against agreed Area Category Plans/Targets and annual personal KPIs.
  6. Collaborate with other Merchandise Team members, Area Sales, Retail, and Marketing teams to coordinate activities against agreed Financial targets or other Area relevant Strategic goals.
  7. Guide and support Key Partner Account implementation in the Area to achieve maximum sell-through result and desired Category mix.
  8. Manage Global in-season opportunities outside of regular timelines with fast response.
  9. Drive immediate Sales opportunities to the Wholesale business via current stock opportunities and effective promotion.
  10. Be the expert in respective categories for the Area and understand the wider Global market.
