- Conduct culturally appropriate risk assessments, safety planning, and case plans
- Provide crisis intervention, court support, and tenancy advocacy
- Support women with housing applications and daily parenting needs
- Develop and lead culturally relevant group activities and weekend programs
- Maintain accurate client records and case notes using internal systems
- Collaborate with external services and promote strong sector relationships
- Contribute to service planning, training, and continuous improvement
- Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander female identity (mandatory)
- Relevant qualification in social work, community development or related field
- Experience working with Aboriginal women and children experiencing family violence
- Strong understanding of the impacts of colonisation, trauma, and systemic barriers
- Knowledge of MARAM, FVISS, and CISS frameworks
- Experience in crisis response, advocacy, or housing support
- Ability to work independently across varied locations and as part of a rostered team
- Driver's licence, WWCC, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
