Job Title: Health and Safety Professional

We are seeking a skilled Health and Safety Professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health and safety programs. They will also conduct risk assessments and safety audits to ensure compliance with regulations and best practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety programs
  • Conduct risk assessments and safety audits
  • Ensure compliance with OHS regulations and best practice
  • Promote a strong safety culture across the organisation
  • Deliver training and guidance for staff

Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in WHS (Diploma preferred)
  • 2+ years' experience in an OHS support role
  • Knowledge of OHS legislation, compliance, and safety systems
  • Experience with risk management, incident reporting, and record-keeping
  • Confident communicator, organised, and proactive
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Working with Children Check & National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
