We shape the future of our clients with confidence and precision. Our expanding national health, safety, and wellbeing consulting team based in Melbourne seeks a talented professional to join their diverse teams.
Our ideal candidate will help our clients in Oceania diagnose health, safety, and wellbeing challenges, design and implement effective solutions based on best practice and risk-based approaches.
This is a hybrid position with flexible work arrangements. The selected individual will be an integral part of a leading national team of multi-disciplinary health, safety, and wellbeing professionals.
The successful candidate will manage engagements involving physical and psychosocial risk management, strategy, audit, and analytical frameworks, culture change, and leadership.
Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment, the individual will apply technical expertise in health, safety, and wellbeing to direct project teams.
Developing strong working relationships with key business decision-makers, both internally and externally.
Identifying and communicating trends, developments, and key performance drivers relevant to the client.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years of technical EHS experience in process safety, safety in design, dangerous goods, risk management, or health and safety management systems.
- Proven project management experience in dynamic environments.
- Experience in coaching talent and developing internal and external relationships, including client management.
