- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' capabilities and preferences.

- Prescribe aids and equipment as needed.

- Supervise and support therapy assistants.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- Have previous experience working in aged care (desirable).
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prove your ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate quality care.
- Hold a current Australian driver's license.
