As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, in conjunction with other healthcare professionals, and for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of residents' care plans. You will also mentor and supervise care staff and be aware of AN-ACC required assessments. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual passionate about this vocation to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong clinical assessment skills and respond appropriately to changes in customer condition in consultation with the broader healthcare team.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care in partnership with customers and their loved ones.
  • Liaise with appropriate healthcare professionals to deliver quality care to customers.
  • Ensure full compliance with organizational, professional, and aged care standards.
Key Requirements
  • AHPRA Registration.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting.
  • Strong planning and coordination skills in care delivery.
  • Ability to guide staff in wound and diabetes care.
  • Sound understanding of medication systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
