Aged Care Support Specialist
Overview of the RoleThis position is designed to provide personal care and support services to individuals in their own homes, focusing on maintaining their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities- Personal Care Assistance: Assist clients with daily living activities, including showering, dressing, and continence management
- Medication Administration: Safely administer prescribed medications as required by clients
- Social Support: Provide companionship and transport to appointments or outings
- Certificate III Aged Care or equivalent desirable
- Current Australian driver's license
- First Aid certification desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience working in aged care an advantage
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality care and support to older adults in their community. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
