Customer Engagement Specialist Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our Retail Marketing team, focusing on our LPG Business. This role will be responsible for enhancing marketing initiatives, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering lasting customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM roles, with exposure to platforms like Braze, Adobe, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. They will also possess strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and data privacy regulations.

In this role, you will execute lifecycle campaigns, conduct QA testing, analyse data requirements, and provide training and support to internal teams and agencies.
