This role is part of our marketing team, executing direct marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and loyalty platform channels. As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will bring a customer-centric approach, creative skills, and attention to detail to deliver personalized communications.
Your RoleYou will play a key role in creating and delivering end-to-end omnichannel campaigns from content creation through to execution in HubSpot, including post-campaign analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Create and deliver end-to-end omnichannel campaigns from content creation through to execution in HubSpot, including post-campaign analysis.
- Develop customer journeys, campaign workflows, audience targeting, and content personalization within HubSpot and other platforms across email, SMS, push, and loyalty channels.
- Develop and brief content for direct marketing activations, including hands-on copywriting and campaign asset build-out.
- Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements for future lifecycle marketing efforts.
